When a boutique real estate brokerage sought to strengthen its digital presence and improve client engagement, they partnered with our team for a complete rebrand and WordPress website redesign. Their existing website no longer reflected their evolving goals, expanding service offerings, or the high level of professionalism they delivered to clients.
We approached the project with a user-centered design strategy, beginning with a full content structure overhaul to improve navigation, clarity of messaging, and accessibility. Working closely with the brokerage’s leadership team during a period of business expansion, we helped them develop core language for new programs and initiatives — key information that didn’t exist before the redesign. This ensured that the updated site would not only highlight existing services but also position the firm for future growth.
The new modern, responsive WordPress website was designed to provide a seamless user experience across all devices. We implemented MLS property feed integration for real-time listings, an events calendar to showcase community and brokerage-hosted events, contact forms for inquiries, resource downloads for clients, and appointment scheduling tools to streamline lead capture. Each element was designed to support lead generation while enhancing the brokerage’s credibility.
In addition to the website itself, we provided the brokerage with individual branded assets for ongoing use, enabling them to repurpose content across marketing channels. The result is a visually compelling, mobile-friendly, and conversion-focused real estate website that serves as both a marketing hub and a business growth engine.
