As a subcontracted strategy partner, we supported a healthcare consulting and technology agency in expanding its service offerings to behavioral health practice clients without building additional strategic capacity in-house. Working within our partner’s existing client relationships, we provided the strategic foundation, research, and analysis needed to strengthen four separate behavioral health practices’ market positioning and growth potential.

Our process began with research and market analysis for each practice, evaluating competitive landscape, patient demographics, and service-area opportunities specific to their market. From there, we developed strategic recommendations addressing service development, brand positioning, and patient communication, translating research findings into clear, actionable direction each practice could apply to strengthen patient engagement and business growth.

Throughout the engagement, we operated seamlessly within our partner’s ecosystem, allowing them to maintain their own client relationships and brand visibility while we provided the strategic expertise behind the scenes.
